  • Every suite at Hamta 270° comes with daily housekeeping, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated kitchenette with a microwave, tea and coffee setup, all-weather air conditioners, high-thread-count linens and plush bedding, thermostatic showers with premium Jaquar fixtures, warm ambient lighting, a private balcony or outdoor sit-out, and access to the private lounge and games room. Daily breakfast is included across all suite categories.

  • Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated subject to availability — please reach out to us in advance and we will do our best to assist.

  • Yes. All suites are equipped with all-weather air conditioners with heating capability down to -15°C. Our windows feature double vacuum-insulated glass and the walls are insulated with glass wool, ensuring the suites retain warmth efficiently and remain comfortable through even the harshest mountain winters.

  • All suites except the Jack Mountain View Suite feature a private outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony. The King Summit Suite, Ace Cliff Duplex Cottage, and Queen Alpine Suite all include this feature.

  • We do not serve alcohol at Hamta 270°. Guests are welcome to bring their own, and we are happy to assist with arrangements to make your evening comfortable.

  • We kindly request that music and noise be kept at a level that does not disturb other guests. After 10:00 PM, loud music is not permitted on the property. We ask all guests to be mindful of the quiet mountain environment that makes Hamta 270° the experience it is.

  • Yes, we welcome well-behaved pets. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements for a comfortable stay for you and your companion.

  • Children are welcome at Hamta 270°. However, as the property is built on a mountain slope and involves stairs and uneven terrain, we ask that parents and guardians maintain close supervision of children at all times for their safety.

  • Yes, we have a small on-property parking area. For larger groups or additional vehicles, parking is available on the road — a common and standard practice for all hotels in the area. We recommend informing us of your vehicle details in advance so we can assist with arrangements.

  • The approach roads are mountain roads — winding and unmetalled in sections. We strongly recommend arriving in an SUV or MUV for a safe and comfortable drive. Guests who prefer not to drive themselves can hire a local taxi from Manali, which our team can help arrange. The final ascent to the property is approximately 25 minutes from Manali town.

  • Hamta 270° is built on a natural mountain slope and involves stairs to navigate between levels of the property. We regret that we are not wheelchair accessible at this time. We recommend guests with mobility concerns reach out to us before booking so we can advise accordingly.

  • Mobile network coverage and Wi-Fi are available at the property. However, connectivity can occasionally be affected by weather conditions, which is a natural characteristic of high-altitude mountain locations. We recommend downloading offline content and informing close contacts of this before arrival.

  • Yes, we are open all year. Each season brings its own character — clear skies and open trails in spring and summer, golden forests in autumn, and snow-covered Himalayan panoramas in winter. The suites are fully equipped to keep you warm and comfortable even in the depths of January.

  • We do not offer on-property lodging for drivers. However, we are happy to assist arrange comfortable accommodation for them at nearby dormitories or budget hotels, subject to availability. Please note that these charges are applicable and payable directly by the guest.

  • We are happy to accommodate your needs. For female attendants, an extra bed can be arranged within the suite, subject to availability. For male attendants, an extra bed within the suite can be arranged or alternatively, accommodation can be organised at nearby dormitories or budget hotels. All additional charges are applicable and payable by the guest.
